Changes to Delivery Address

In the event you need to change your delivery address this must be communicated to us by email at customerservices.uk@hornby.com or by phone 01843233512.

Please note additional delivery charges maybe incurred for change in delivery location.  

Once an order has dispatched, we will endeavour to update this address, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that all pre-orders are also updated individually.

Updating the address on your account will not change pre-ordered delivery address requests.
